The Community Fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment required upon enrollment to secure your placement in the independent living program. Similar to a traditional security deposit, this fee acts as a financial commitment that reserves your specific bed, processes your background screening, and protects the shared community environment. While a traditional deposit is held for physical property damage, the Community Fee is directly allocated to maintaining the high-standard facility infrastructure, ensuring continuous 24/7 computer lab availability, and preserving the shared professional spaces for all residents.
